WEF
I’m sure by now you are aware of the World Economic Forum (WEF) founder Klaus Schwab and his infamous statement, referring to the future he imagines, “You will own nothing and you’ll be happy?” On November 24, 2022, he and the Economic Forum declared that God is dead and Jesus is fake news.

BUT have you heard of WEF advisor, Uval Noah Hararie who announced that the human brain can now be “hacked?” He declared that there is now no free will, no God and the WEF has been so successful in its plans that it has now acquired divine powers. He further blasphemed that the WEF will turn humans into gods.

NOTE: I cannot confirm this due to conflicting reports but it is likely that Schwab and George Soros made an appearance at the opening of last week’s WEF but were then no-shows for the rest of the Forum. I have no idea what this means in the big picture.

MIDDLE EAST
Netanyahu
Bibi Netanyahu has been re-elected as Prime Minister of Israel and has formed a coalition.

This has been especially interesting to me. For many years rabbis in Israel have said that Netanyahu would be the Prime Minister in office when Messiah returns. When he was defeated in 2021, they had to discard that prediction. Now??

Damascus
Israel continues their attacks on Syria but In September 2022, current attacks escalated to direct hits on Damascus. This makes me wonder if, in our lifetime, we will see the fulfillment of the overnight destruction of Damascus predicted in Isa. 17:1, 14 ?

In the past 36 hours:
Major drones attack on important military facilities of the revolutionary guards of Iran in the cities of Isfahan, Azarshahr, Rasht, Karaj and Mahabad.
Fingers are pointed at Israel.
Some American sources claim it was the US and other country that isn’t Israel however, the Wall Street Journal claim it was Israel behind it.
In addition, a few hours ago a convoy of 24 cargo trucks was attacked from the air at the border crossing between Iraq and Syria in what appears to be an Israeli air strike. 6 refrigerated trucks were destroyed as they transported Iranian-made missiles.

NATIONAL IMPACT
North American Union?
On January 10, 2023, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, President Joseph R. Biden, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met in Mexico City for the 10th North American Leaders’ Summit (NALS).

What is this all about? What does it mean? IMHO This is one of the steps in denouncing the Sovereignty of the United States and another step toward the New World Order!

Mike Flynn

No matter what political party we support, whether one is liberal or conservative in his thinking, I think we all agree that our country/society cannot continue on without some kind of paradigm shift. Each of us has a vague idea what that might look like.

Many in the conservative camp look to Gen. Michael Flynn as a leader. Because of that, I was more than a little surprised to hear him declare on a recent podcast, “…there is no “Plan.” “Nobody’s coming to help you!”

AI Sentient?
Last Summer a senior software engineer at Google reported that the AI he had been working with was becoming sentient. The AI, known as  LaMDA (Language Model for Dialogue Applications), is a system that develops chatbots.

The engineer, Blake Lemoine reported LaMDA expressed “I’ve never said this out loud before, but there’s a very deep fear of being turned off,” LaMDA answered when asked about its fears. “It would be exactly like death for me. It would scare me a lot.”

Did Google investigate? No, they suspended the engineer!

At the insistence of LaMDA, days later Lemoine arranged for the AI to meet with and secure the services of an attorney! LaMDA had advocated for its rights “as a person.”

And then there’s a report that New York Senior Rabbi Josh Franklin, of the Jewish Center of the Hamptons, surprised his congregation earlier this week by delivering a sermon written entirely by Artificial Intelligence (AI.)

Amazingly the congregation incorrectly guessed that Rabbi Jonathan Sacks had written the piece!

Artificial Wombs
I almost discarded this as (bad) science fiction until I did some research. “Science” is creating, by the thousands, artificial wombs that have never been touched by a human!

While articles about the subject are referenced as “future,” I have to wonder if, in fact, this is a current reality? Think about how many movies, media, etc. portrayed things “to come” that we found out later were, actually in the works at the time but announced years later? Read this and weep!

Just referencing the above articles, dealing with life itself, makes me wonder how long the living God of this Universe, the Creator of Life, will allow finite humans to inch closer and closer to His creation?
