Are you like me? Totally confused about what is going on in our country? In our world? Have you wondered if there is a common thread that connects all of them? Does any of it or all of it have its relevancy in Scripture?

When I started realizing the disparate and seemingly disconnected events, I began to make notes to see if there was a fit. Looking at my notes, I am shocked at the sheer amount of lists I’ve made in several categories.

Today I’d like to post several things that caught my eye regarding current earth changes. I think they’re relevant to what’s going on, I hope you will leave your thoughts and opinions in the Comments section in an effort to pool our knowledge.

I know this is a much quoted Scripture so why don’t we break it down.
Luke 21:7-11 So they asked Him, saying, “Teacher, but when will these things be? And what sign will there be when these things are about to take place?”

And He said: “… But when you hear of wars and commotions, do not be terrified; for these things must come to pass first, but the end will not come immediately.”

Speaking of commotion, for various and sundry reasons there are nations around the globe that are in rebellion/crisis at this moment. Here are just a few:

Given the unrest around the world, how long do you think it will be before the nations cry out for *someone* to step up to the plate and bring worldwide peace?

Luke 21:10  Then He said to them, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom (ethnos=people group/ethnicity) against kingdom [Black vs. White, Gentiles vs. Jews, Japanese vs. Chinese, Palestinians vs. Jews, etc.]

Luke 21:11 And there will be great earthquakes  in various places There are currently 27 active volcanoes around the Ring of Fire. For those who think, “we’ve always had a lot of volcanoes,” I encourage you to study this chart.

Do you notice anything interesting about the chart? Do you see how it ends in 2014? Try as I may, I couldn’t find any charts that include more current info. Soooo, there were no earthquakes since 2014? Why aren’t these stats being published?

I did find this that was even more sobering than the above.

Luke 21:11 and famines
Even though we don’t hear much about other countries on a regular basis, I think we’re all very aware of the dangerous famines around the world. Whether consciously or unconsciously we find ourselves not too concerned because, after all, we live in America. It could never happen here! Really? We may have to reconsider that opinion!

Luke 21:11 and pestilences…” [HIV/AIDS, SARS, COVID]

As far as I know, no one has an explanation of the world wide phenomenon of:
birds flying in circles,
fish swimming in circles

and animals all over the earth that are walking in circles.

Scientists say our magnetic poles are shifting at 30-40 miles per year toward Siberia! Could that be the cause of these circular movements?

When it was first announced in this 2003 article, NASA says there are currently 2 north poles and 2 south poles!

There is a dangerous newly-emerging sunspot AR3182 that poses a threat for strong solar flares. On January 3rd it produced a probable X-class eruption on the far side of the sun, followed on Jan. 6th by a definite X-flare on the Earth side. Given the size and apparent complexity of this large active region, there’s a good chance the explosions will continue in the days ahead. Could these increasing sunspots and solar flares be precursors of a time when the sun will scorch 1/3 of the earth during the Tribulation? Rev. 8:7

For several years, the Euphrates River has been drying up. Could this be leading up to a time when it becomes a highway? Rev. 16:12
